- The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was received
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a verified manufacturing defect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items may not be eligible for refunds:

- Clearance or final sale items
- Products returned in used or damaged condition not caused by shipping
